This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform visitors who use the quote and contact forms on cengonreklam.com.

What we process: On the quote form, your name and phone number and, if you provide them, your company name, email address, budget and deadline, the job description and any files you attach (logo, drawing, photo). On the contact form, your name, your email address and/or phone number, the subject and your message. The date you send the form and the version of this notice you accepted are also recorded. To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept in memory briefly (at most two hours) and is not written to the database. The server also keeps access logs (IP address, date, page visited) for security.
Why we process it: To assess your request, prepare a quote, contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email and, if you accept the quote, plan the job.
Legal basis: Your data is collected through the form you fill in and send yourself, under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (processing directly related to the formation of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
Who we share it with: We do not share your data with anyone for marketing. It is stored by the provider of the server that hosts this website. Where the law requires, it may be disclosed to authorised public bodies.
How long we keep it: If no business relationship follows, quote and message records are deleted within one year after your request is concluded. If we work together, they are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights: Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 and for these actions to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
